We are a small business in China and to best support our international clients, we provide a bespoke made to order service, this does give you flexibility about the products you commission, although its a very “hands on” process and this means that commissions can take four to six months to complete and sometimes longer if they are large consignments. The process is outlined below.

| 3 | Clay work and customer batch production, this includes making & mixing the clay’s, hand making the jiaotai clay marbling and patterns along with all the required clay pieces for the design. | 1-6 weeks |
| 4 | Forming the designs into the clay moulds & formers and assembly of the clay patterns to form the items, they then have a drying period to prepare for firing | 2-6 weeks |
