A long-bodied jiaotai pixiu (貔貅) in red, white, and green marbled cane — the mythical creature in motion, with bamboo-striped cane work.

About this piece
A long-bodied jiaotai dragon (龙) in maroon and white marbled cane — serpentine body coiled across a cloud-form base, with scales rendered through the cane technique, open jaws, and a curled tail.
The dragon is one of the four auspicious creatures in Chinese tradition and the most-requested of the sculptural forms in the workshop. Each piece is unique.
